Simon has over 30 years of executive experience, domestically and internationally. He started his career as one of the first employees at The Body Shop in the UK where he led and expanded the company’s global distribution and the UK retail network prior to moving to the US to establish the company’s retail operations. He opened the retail network for The Swatch Group in the US, and from there, became the President of Lucky Brand Jeans. Following Liz Claiborne’s acquisition of Lucky, he proceeded to launch other Liz brands such as Juicy Couture to retail. While at Liz Claiborne, he led the retail value chain project, studying the cross-brand internal operations of the retail group. He was able to create millions of dollars of synergies in the businesses through cut costs and greater operating efficiency.
Simon launched Dallimore & Co. ten years ago to work with several companies that were requesting his expertise and advice. Since then, our team has increased significantly and we have advised over 40 Brand Partners, many of which have been continuous or repeat partners over the years.
Aaron has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry both domestically and internationally. He has managed the retail rollout of several brands and built the operational infrastructure and retail systems to support those retail networks. Aaron was most recently the Chief Retail Officer for Kellwood Company. Apart from managing the operations of full retail networks domestically and internationally, Aaron has led buying and planning teams, training and retail staff. He has worked for Gucci America, Kellwood, VF Corp., Lucky Brand Jeans, Swatch and The Body Shop.
Matt leads our investment activities as well as strategy. Previously he served as an investment professional at AEA Investors, Peter J. Solomon Company and Deutsche Bank. He is a Board Member of the Young Leadership Committee of Seeds of Peace and a graduate of Georgetown University.
Troy has over 20 years of executive-level experience, domestically and internationally. He has launched and managed the retail rollout for several national brands, most recently, as the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for The Gymboree Corporation. Over the course of 10 years, he lead their expansion to over 1300 locations worldwide and sale to Bain Capital in 2010. Prior to Gymboree, Troy was Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for PAPYRUS and The Body Shop. He currently resides in Northern California and works in our San Francisco offices.
Jennifer recently joined the Dallimore team to handle real estate execution in the central and south regions of the U.S. Jennifer has extensive specialty store experience after 8+ years at L Brands, as Director of Real Estate for Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, PINK, White Barn Candle and Henri Bendel. Prior to her time there, she worked for the Gymboree Corp., managing the portfolio and also executing the rollout of the Janie & Jack chain. In addition, Jennifer has worked on the business development side with lifestyle center developer Steiner & Associates and for Simon Property Group, leasing regional malls. Jennifer resides in Columbus, Ohio, and is a graduate of the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University.
Scott manages the Business Intelligence Group at Dallimore. He began his career as an investment banking analyst for Keefe, Bruyette and Woods. Scott then served as the CFO of Zameen Organic, a farmer-owned fair trade cotton cooperative based in Hyderabad, India. During this assignment, he managed and completed both equity and debt capital-raising transactions. Upon returning to the United States, Scott founded the first fair trade certified clothing company in the U.S.
