We are experienced in developing these plans for both the business expanding into retail for the first time, and for those companies based overseas looking to expand in America and needing a detailed, strategic operational and financial approach to the market.

Real Estate & Related

We handle the real estate needs for all of our clients across the country. We can also turnkey an entire store: from the strategic plan, to site selection, lease negotiation, selection of an architect, negotiating the contractor to build the store. This is especially helpful for those companies that lack the infrastructure and do not need full time staff, or for those coming from overseas that need a safe set of hands to guide them successfully through the whole process.
